We provide the most liveable homes possible by building appropriately designed and appointed specialist disability accommodation that enables our tenants to live their best life and be part of the community.

We have completed a number of High Physical Support & Robust SDA Homes in various prime locations in Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.

We also have a pipeline of further Homes that are under construction in Ipswich, Redbank and Flinders View where Participants have chosen to live.

Our Company was Incorporated in November 2017 specifically to deliver SDA Homes.

There was a fundamental shift in the way in which we approach the design and delivery and ongoing property & tenant management.

From the beginning we have focussed on delivering the best possible accommodation outcomes for Participants

Our tenants have the best possible lifestyle in homes that have been designed, built and delivered to suit their needs.

SDA Living Homes is now providing a pipeline of properties in Victoria that are being designed and delivered in the same spirit
